Today on What's For Dinner: Leftover chicken, repurposed into stir-fry! I'm a big fan of cook it once, eat all week! We may have more time for cooking healthy meals right now, but we will have to go back to work eventually. Why not take the time now to plan your meals and snacks and prep for your week. This week I cooked an herb roasted chicken and will be using it for today's stir fry, tomorrows rice paper wrap, and chicken soup (featuring leftover stirfry veggies) the next day. These brownies are everything you want a brownie to be: fudgy, sweet, with a little crunch from the walnuts.
