The largest reason for this is an overwhelming amount of daily screen time!! Our challenge to you is to limit screen time of any sort (tv,iPad,video games) 1 hour before bed! ... Recommended Sleep: Children 5-13 (9-11 hours per night) Youth 14-17 (8-10hours per night)
