<< Nourishing Life - The Wood Element >> 5 week Women's Self-care Self-exploration series Journey with us into Spring through exploring the energy of the Wood phase of change - through movement, meditation, reflection, writing and teachings on the themes.... The Wood Element relates to that which is visionary in us, which provides our lives with direction, creative expression, which hosts the seat of imagination, and our place of decisiveness... The Hun, the spirit of the Liver and Wood energy, is the place from where balance is lost and found, compassion or impatience and anger emerges, decision making is clear or cloudy, and the capacity for inner perception can be harnessed or blocked. Find out how. We will learn about the functions of the Hun and the Liver from the traditional Chinese medicine framework, how to care for it, how to identify disease states relating to Wood imbalances and what is needed to detox and clear this system in all its dimensions.
