I'm lucky to live in this little town of creemore, where I can walk for 10mins in any direction and be out in the countryside. Spend some time at this little lovely spot two days ago, just soaking in the quiet of nature. Sweet little chickadees bouncy around the trees singing. The soothing bubbling stream a balm to the nonsense and craziness of the world right now.

During lockdown I've been mostly keeping off the socials just for my own mental health. But with this being the second lockdown I've come into this round more mentally prepared, and my game plan has been working. I've been spending my time hiking and snowshoeing, working on projects around the house. I am envious of other artist who are able to be so productive, making art. But so far I've found the stress of it all stifles any creativity I have. But nature has been restorative to my spirit and I'm making full use of my time immersed in it.

Hey friends! So here are some of my top liked posts of 2020 on the social feeds. Looking through my camera roll I could have made a dozen of these collages with all my fav piece of this year. Boy 2020 has been a real crazy ride! But I can look back now and see the trials were opportunities of learning patience, gratitude, and staying grounded in the people I love and the art I love to make. Thank you to all my clients for giving me their trust and skin to permanently mark. They say hindsight is 2020, so lets bring on a happy 2021 new year!!

As announced by the Ontario Government, effective on Sat, December 26, 2020 at 12:01am, Ontario will move again into a province wide shutdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This means my studio, The Ink Gallery will be closed. The shutdown is at this time scheduled to last 28 days. Those of you who have apts booked with me during the shutdown will be rescheduled once I know for sure that the lockdown is not extended. I will contact all of you in the coming weeks,, and will not be taking any bookings until it is clear that I can get back into the studio. Cheers, Nadia

Hey friends! Just wanted to give folks a heads up that this is the last week to grab gift certificates, as I will be off for the holidays starting next week! So I am in the studio today through to Saturday the 19th.

Needless to say this year has been crazy, but for small business owners like me the pandemic has really shone light on what I hold dear. I have been so blessed to be able to make art for a living. Now i know it to my core that getting pursue my passion also keeps me sane! I missed it so much when we shut down, and now that I've been back at it I also know it's just as much therapy for me as it is for my clients. Thank you everyone for the support and keeping my books overflowing with all your great tattoo ideas!
