Meet the newest member of Naidu Legal, Camille Salovino! Camille was born and raised in Iloilo City, Philippines - a quaint city that is fondly referred to as the "The City of Love." She completed her pre-law degree, which is a Bachelor of Arts in English, from the West Visayas State University. From there, she went to the University of San Agustin - Iloilo for law school, and was admitted to the Bar in the Philippine's in 2018.... Camille's hobbies include reading, travelling, cooking, and enjoying outdoor activities. On the weekend, she can be found in the kitchen cooking, baking, or trying to recreate a dish she has tried somewhere else. She and her husband are both huge fans of the outdoors, especially the beach. Camille is currently in the midst of challenging her National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) exams in order to practice law in Canada. Did you know our office is located in a heritage building that was built in 1912? We absolutely love our new office located in The McLean Block building in downtown #YXE. The best part - being surrounded by such an amazing community of local businesses in the building to bounce ideas around and support each other. You can find us located on the 2nd level of 267 Third Avenue South. DTNYXE... #NaiduLegal #McLeanBlock #HeritageBuilding #DowntownYXE The McLean Block was built in 1912 by Thompson, Daniel and Colhurst in the prairie vernacular style. The heritage value of the McLean Block lies in its architecture. It is representative of the commercial buildings erected in Saskatoon during the pre-World War I building boom. Constructed of brick and stone, the building presented the image of permanency and modernism desired by the burgeoning business community during the period. The street level featured large windows typically used to showcase consumer goods, but the distinct brick-and-stone pattern of the façade of the upper floor helped distinguish the building from others built along Third Avenue during this period. The McLean Block is now home to Ayden Kitchen & Bar on the ground floor. A collection of independent commercial studios including Holly Decker Makeup Artistry, Hair & Makeup by Dani, and Vandenburg Tattoos in the heritageHUB is on the second floor while CFCR 90.5 FM - Saskatoon Community Radio occupies the third floor.
