The saga of switching phone and internet providers continues! Last week when we had issues we thought it had to do with The Switch but it turns out that was a regular outage many people had to deal with. This week our internet is working but not our phone and is definitely is because of switching providers.... Our new provider has great customer service and they assure us that they are working to sort it out. All going well we should be back up and running by Friday. As a thank you for your patience while this is being sorted out, we are offering a $5 off coupon to be redeemed on any service booked and completed before November 1, 2020.
