Hi all, This is going to contain some touchy subjects, but, we all know me and I don’t shy away from hard chats! 1. Masks are still required in the shop. I am VERY aware of the Freedom Convoy and what they are working towards and I am willing to discuss RESPECTFUL thoughts and opinions on the event. That being said, until something changes with the PHO’s in regards to masking within our industry, EVERYONE must mask up when inside the shop. We have to follow all rules in ord...er to keep the doors open and continue working with all of you wonderful humans! Feel free to message me to discuss this further if you have any questions or concerns. 2. Last minute cancellations. I fully understand emergencies and illnesses, but we have had an influx of last minute cancellations lately for other reasons. I understand things come up, but, I do not have an employer that pays me regardless if I have a client or not. When you last minute cancel your appointment, I do not have anyone to fill that spot, which in turn means I no longer have income for that 2 hour period. Going forward- all cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay 1/2 of your service cost PRIOR to rebooking. I will be firm on this. 3. Costs & payment. Prices are on the rise in every industry, ours included. I did a price raise as of Jan 1st. Please note- the prices listed DO NOT included taxes. Fills are $45 + tax ($47.25) and full sets are $60+ tax ($63). I do accept e-transfers at this time, however, cash is preferred. 4. Bookings. I am currently taking on new clients, but I would STRONGLY recommend all current clients to pre-book their spots in order to get the days and times you want! My books are currently open until the end of May. Weekend/evening spots are currently unavailable. If anyone has any questions or concerns, I am an open book and am always available for a chat!!!
