Policies: A $20 deposit is required for all new clients. It is refundable up until 24hrs before the appointment. Cash Only - unless you’re one of my current clients and we have agreed on something else. I have a 24hr cancellation policy for current clients. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give me more than 24hrs notice so I have enough time to try and fill the spot. If less than 24hrs notice is given, I will require a cancellation fee of 50% of ...the missed appointment. This will need to be paid via e-transfer before booking your next appointment. There is a 2 strike rule for this, and after that I will not be able to take you as a client anymore. 3 or more broken/missing nails is considered a full set. 7 weeks or more is considered a full set.
