I have gone 3 years without enforcing a cancellation policy, as I understand life happens. But, due to a high number of no-shows and last minute cancellations I will now be implementing a cancellation policy, effective immediately When someone does not show up to their appointment, it is income lost for myself, and a spot gone to waste that could have gone to another client. 12 hour notice is a generous amount of time to give me a heads up. ...
