For those who need to cancel please know there is a re-booking fee if cancelled without 24 hours notice but I also understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case by case basis as to try and fill your appoi...ntment spot with someone who may want in but it does take time to coordinate and 30min and less isn’t enough time. For those of you who send their fee even prior to cancelling thank you I appreciate your respect in this matter. Medical emergencies(hospital,car accidents, flu) and COVID testing/exposure issues are one thing other issues are subject to rebooking fee on a case by case basis. Just wanted a reminder of this policy as I had 6 people cancel/no show last week equaling in 2 days of lost wages with only 1 of them being medically excusable due to a COVID exposure. Procedures for entering Nailz On Nails. Please ensure you are on time for your appointment with no more than 5 minutes early at this time as extra cleaning between appointments is necessary before you are allowed to enter. Please wait for my text(call)to come in ensuring you have a clean mask ON upon entry. If you do not have one I have disposable masks available to purchase at a nominal fee ($2.00) I will meet you at the door with a mask. Yes masks MUST be worn with NO exce...ptions). Certain questions will be asked once I open the door(will be locked) Once you arrive hand washing for both of us is immediate with hand sanitizer being used just prior to your service. Please limit items you are bringing in and only if absolutely necessary leaving your phone out for emergency purposes ONLY and not for use during services. NO Food Or DRINKS are allowed at this time. Please come alone for your services(no children, friends or family allowed). A questionnaire form relating to covid questions and your contact information must be filled out every visit(for contact tracing) Then we will get started. Please if you are not well or have any symptoms whatsoever contact me to cancel and PLEASE do not just not show up. Those who NO SHOW will be responsible for a booking fee of $35.00 to be able to re book another appointment in the form of an e transfer or cash deposit before I will book another appointment for you(which is then applied to your next appointment payment)only one no show will be tolerated and a second one terminates our professional relationship in which case you will lose your booking fee with the second no show. New Sets $65.00 for short sporty $70.00 for Medium $75.00 and up for long and Extreme lengths Fills $55.00 and up depending On length More Than 3 repairs on a fill constitutes a New set. Nail repairs $5.00 each
