WE'RE OPEN! With all the new restrictions announced yesterday, we wanted to let everyone know that in support of our students' learning, we are open for DINE IN and TAKEAWAY. To protect our students, staff, and guests, our DINE IN protocols have changed. ... Guests are to book a reservation in advance. Guests are to be from the same household if seated on the same table. There is a maximum of 6 guests per table. MASKS are mandatory in all indoor areas of the @NAIT campus. Please come wearing your masks and only remove them when seated. We are grateful for your continued support during these trying times.

Meet the Team Series: Melody Borgstrom Melody is one of our Maître d's at Ernest's. She is a graduate of NAIT's Hospitality Management program which she completed in 2007. She has been working at NAIT for seven years, the last five of which she has spent at the restaurant. Her passion for the hospitality industry shines through her work. Highlighting event management, planning, and decorating as her strongest suits, Melody is the force behind the beautiful events at Ernest...’s. Melody's heart not only beats for the industry, but also for the struggling children in developing countries. Several years ago, she went on a distribution trip to El Salvador with Samaritan's Purse Operation Christmas Child that inspired her to start her own donation drive. This year’s Soap Drive aims to collect 20,000 individually wrapped bars of soap to be sent to families in need through the shoeboxes provided by Operation Christmas Child. Ernest's is proud to be one of the drop-off locations for #SoapDrive2020.
