Ingredients: Raisin cookies: cup raisins (make sure the only ingredient is raisins) 1 ripe banana mashed 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon ... 1 serving of whole grain oats cooked (as directed of packaging) * Or one serving of raw rolled oats Chocolate cookies: 1 tbsp cocoa 1 ripe banana mashed 1 tsp date paste (optional) 1 serving of whole grain oats cooked (as directed of packaging) * Or one serving of raw rolled oats Pumpkin Pie cookies: 2 tbsp pumpkin puree 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice 1 ripe banana mashed 1 tsp date paste (optional) 1 serving of whole grain oats cooked (as directed of packaging) * Or one serving of raw rolled oats Whole Grain Oats such as steel-cut or oat groats will need to be cooked. Rolled oats are raw for these recipes!! Directions: In a large bowl, add in all oatmeal cookie ingredients. Stir/mash well to incorporate all ingredients. On a baking dish line with parchment paper, & form 3-5 cookies. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before removing from parchment paper. Enjoy!
