Fenris here my fans, I hope you all had a jolly Christmas and that you got more than a lump of coal :-) We had a great time, ate lots of food, lazed on the sofa most of the time, but we also got to go for some nice walks in the beautiful nature around our ranch.

Merry Christmas my fans, Fenris the caroler here. Even thought we did not get much snow this Christmas, I still think it is pretty. I sang a carol on the deck to celebrate. I know I look and sound like a wolf howling, but trust me, I can sing.

Fenris with clean ears here my fans. I have forgiven the "Mother of Wolves" for clean out my ears. I was so upset with her yesterday that I forgot to tell you about our horses. Odin and Faith are both very young and are in the initial stages of their training. Yesterday, was the first day they got a saddle pad on their backs. They need to get used to that before we move on with the next stage, which is getting a saddle on. They were both way more interested in Lars' beard. When their training is complete, they will one day look like the beautiful Tesse.

Fenris the baker here my fans. I usually show you pictures of my life out on the ranch, but today, in honor of Christmas, I thought I would share with you a bit about food. Some humans say dogs and wolves should not eat "people food", but I beg to differ. I love my raw meat and fish, but lately I have acquired a taste for vegetables. I am actually getting a bit worried about that because that might mean - gasp - I am turning into a vegetarian. The "Mother of Wolves" said I had nothing to worry about, since my little brother Loke loves cheese and vegetarians. I did have a paw in the creating of these cookies, but maybe I should not eat them.

Greetings my fans on the second Sunday of the advent. I can't believe that we are so close to Christmas. As you can clearly see, I am not in the picture from today. I was really miffed this afternoon because the "Mother of Wolves" said I needed my clock cleaned out. She grabbed my head and poured something into my ears; it was cold and tickled like mad. She said I needed this done on a regular basis to make sure my ears were clean so I could hear when being called. Lars said that I sometimes play deaf when I am not interested in the chores asked of me. Humans, I tell you!

Happy first Sunday of the Advent my fans, Fenris the skater here my fans. As I mentioned yesterday, we are experiencing some very weird winter weather. Everything is frozen, which is actually nice for the two of us who like the cold :-) Loke and I did a bit of skating and even did a bold attempt at ice fishing. All the jumping and stomping on the ice was very tiering. So Loke decided to take a nap. When we got home, we got a nice meal of goat meat ... yam yam, thank you Tarn for the loot :-)

Fenris here my fans. It sure has been a long time since I have written. I think you would agree with me this is a very strange year. Our tourist season was shut down; it rained non-stop till August, making it extremely difficult to get our hay in; the cows were right buggers all summer; winter does not seem to want to settle on either snow or ice; but through all that, we agreed today that one thing will always be the same: we just love each other very much :-).

Tomorrow we remember those who gave us freedom, democracy and the right to enjoy both. To all Veterans and those currently serving, we thank you. To those who will never come home, we honor your memory. Lest we forget.
