Hey everyone, we have teamed up with Sysco foods to promote a sale on restaurant grade case lot products! Order on or before Thursday December 17th and pick up from outside at our gym Monday December 21st, delivered to your vehicle. Arrangements can be made for delivery to your household as well. Items must me pre-paid before the 17th, we can accept email transfers, credit card payments over the phone, and cash payments can be arranged outside our gym. Proceeds will go towards keeping the gym from closing down. By the end of the year we will have been closed nearly 5 months but we are hoping to come back strong in 2021

Hey everyone, I’ve had a lot of people reaching out to me asking on our gym closure. A complaint was made to my health inspector about us operating. The public health act for code red requires ALL martial art studios to shut down. Our weight room is not accessible as well. This shutdown will only work if all martial art studios comply. However, boxing gyms and fitness franchises like 9 round do not fall under this category and have similar set-ups to our gym. Anyways.... here is the document I was sent, page 9 details our gym closure. Send me a message and I can email anyone the whole document. Let’s just hope for only a 2 week closure...Stay safe guys! Hey everyone we are still open but masks are mandatory during classes. No need to pre-book yet but if class sizes get to that point we will let you know. A few points though: -members are limited to 1 class per evening -try to wear workout clothes underneath outdoor attire to minimize changeroom use. -Chatting with members is ok but keep socializing after classes abrupt. ....
