Buddhist humor to cheer up
[Online Weekend Retreat] This November, Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche will teach on the Medicine Buddha Practice. The Medicine Buddha has had a rich history in Chin...ese, Japanese, and Tibetan Buddhism since the 7th Century. It is held to be extremely powerful for awakening the innate healing powers of the mind. This practice is applied for transforming physical illnesses, altering emotional disturbances, and purifying negative karma. Invoking the Medicine Buddha creates a bridge from illness to wellness, and when we practice in community, the bridge strengthens, supporting our path. Buddhist scripture and modern neuroscience agree: our minds create our experience of joy and suffering. Practice with the Medicine Buddha offers extraordinarily powerful healing on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, which is much needed at this moment in our world. With this inspiration, we invite you to the Medicine Buddha: Intrinsic Health & Healing Online Retreat with Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche and special guests, hosted by the Contemplative Resource Center. @ConResCen Sign Up Here https://bit.ly/37JmfEY
