We have missed you all ....and are happy to announce we are ready to welcome you back to the clinic. Please understand there is human contact, we know human contact increases the risk of COVID 19. We are committed to doing everything we can to limit the risk. We will be following the BC Centre for Disease Control, WorkSafe BC and CMTBC guidelines without compromise. A few things that have changed and to keep in mind as your are preparing for your visit: ... 1. Booking your appointment - YOU MUST fill out the COVID 19 Risk Assessment form that will be automatically sent to you using our Jane platform. 2. Arriving for your appointment - you will be asked to arrive no more than 5 min before your appt. We have made changes to our booking times to accommadate social distancing and limiting patients in the waiting area. 3. During your appointment - you must use hand sanitizer before entering the clinic upon arrival. Please also place your mask on at this time. You will be screened again using the COVID 19 Risk Assessment form. Your RMT will use a mask during your treatment (within 2 meters). If you have a mask please bring it with you. If you do not have a mask of your own, your RMT will provide one for you. (It will be placed on the shelf outside the clinic, with the hand sanitizer) 4. After your appointment - once your appointment is finished you will be lead to our front desk to make payment. We are able to submit claims through insurance as usual however please DEBIT/CREDIT no cash. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate on this bumpy journey to a new destination and the new normal
