RECIPE PROGRAM: Homemade Mac and Cheese We are starting up our recipe program again. This week's recipe is Homemade Mac and Cheese. I have included a simple and... delicious recipe with a step by step guide. I have also included a shopping list for the ingredients needed which you can print out for your convenience. Lastly, I added price points for the ingredients if you shop at No Frills! Let me know how your mac and cheese turns out! Send in pictures and I can feature them here :) See more

This summer, London joined Ontario municipalities in signing a declaration of mutual commitment and friendship with the Ontario Federation of Indigenous Friendship Centres. Recently, Mayor Ed Holder met with N’Amerind Friendship Centre President Brian Hill to talk about the significance of this declaration and to formally sign this together.
