These councils have unique role of making investmen...ts decisions for Coast Capital’s Community Investment Grants program. In 2017 alone, they will allocate more than $1.6 million in grants to youth-serving programs. Each council is made up of 4 Coast Capital Savings employee representatives and 4 community representatives.
