Christmas Village 26.09.2020

To our supporters & fans, We were extremely excited to announce that the Nanaimo Christmas Village was going ahead for 2020. This year had been hard on everybody and we wanted to spread Christmas cheer and offer vendors an opportunity to showcase their talents and products. It is with deep regret that we now with heavy hearts need to announce the cancellation of our 20th anniversary market which was slated to take place from Nov 2728, 2020.... The market’s capacity would be limited to 27 people at a time including staff and volunteers, and after each round of attendees we would be required to close for a minimum of 1 hour. We have always been devoted to abide to all provincial and federal COVID-19 regulations. This particular regulation no longer makes this event sustainable and we are sadly unable to move forward. Please know that we are regretful having to make this announcement and rest assured that we will be back with sauerkraut, sausages, and a unique selection of craft vendors as soon as it is safe to do so. Happy holidays!
