Healthy Meal Kits went out today with the Ingredient to make a One Pan Prawn and Veggie Dinner. It was pretty special to offer people locally sourced spot prawns. What a treat!

Bellies To Babies participants learned about healthy eating on a budget this week. They also made a delicious Mediterranean Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner. Yum!

Volunteers helped with cooking soups for the Community. These nutritious soups were handed out to seniors who also received a cooking kit.

Another great cooking kit distribution day! Today we handed out 25 Sausage and Potato Stew cooking kits.

Our program, Bellies to Babies and Beyond offers cooking kits to pregnancy individuals and new parents who are interested in learning about healthy eating. This inspiring 10-week program aligns with the Canada Food Guide meal proportions. Participants gain helpful tips on how to prepare nutritious meals from scratch for their family.
