Register by email [email protected] Rentsmart Basics is a 2 hour course covering the ‘3 Keys to Successful Tenancies'. This course helps people learn the nuts and bolts of successfully renting in the private market, including information on finding a home, budgeting, scams, peace and quiet enjoyment, and taking care of your home.
