Been a while since we posted something....been busy training. But I saw this on the wall and was reminded of its significance. Anyone who practices long running techniques to look cool is missing the point. Each technique is an individual strike. The strikes fit together in many ways to make a longer run, but your second technique may not be there if you do your first one correctly. Train hard...train correctly...and wing chun will "happen".

No training tonight guys do to Thanksgiving Monday. Those of us that have already eaten our turkey are still in a coma anyways. See you all Wednesday... Maybe we'll see some students that haven't been out in a while and need to work off the extra calories!

The dragon mural is finally done...looks awesome! Great turn out again last night...more senior students coming out and a big group of new students starting their training. We have a few spaces left in the men's first form group and will accept students until next Wednesday, September 18th. Last chance until March 2020. Awesome to see you out brothers!

Great to see so many guys out for the first class of the year. A couple hours of intense training to shake off the cobwebs of summer sure felt good. Hope to see a few more familiar faces in the next few weeks. Remember, if you want to start learning Wing Chun, or know someone who does, the men's first form class starts Monday night. We only start two classes a year so this is the only chance to start before March. Contact us for info as soon as you can is space is limited.

Our new first form men's class starts Monday, Sept. 9, 2019. If you've ever considered learning Wing Chun, contact us and sign up. Kung Fu means hard work and practice. This is an excellent fighting system and easy to learn...as long as you work hard and practice. Study under one of the best, meet a great crew of senior students, and learn something that can change your life...no lie. It's awesome!

Class starts up again next Wednesday, Sept. 4th. We train every Monday and Wednesday night from 7:30-9:30. If you're a former student come out, work out, and get better. Train hard, fight hard. Wing Chun is awesome!

As Sifu always says, "Practice it how you want to do it, because you will do it exactly as you've practiced." There is a right way to do Wing Chun. What do Wing Chun instructors do with their month off of training? Sifu Bob and Sihing Derek on our annual golf vacation up island. Great times. Can't wait to get back to training in September though. See you all then.

The new men's Wing Chun class will be starting in September. Not enough time to start sooner as Sifu takes August off from training. If you know people interested please forward the info to them and get them to like this page so they get updates. However, we are training all July. Great chance to sweat and learn some cool stuff so current students come on out.

If you want to start learning Wing Chun, or you know someone who does, we are taking names for our next men's Wing Chun first form class. We will start once we have ten names signed up, and we already have a few spaces taken. If you are interested in learning an effective, traditional lineage of Wing Chun, please contact us for more information and to get your name on the list.

Sifu Bob Stevenson has been teaching Wing Chun Kun Fu since the 1970s. We have created this Facebook page so his former and current students can stay in touch, and so people interested have a way to contact us. We will be adding videos, new information, and updates.
