I am passionate about teaching chilldren and I operate a very structured, loving and fun program. The children are very ready for school after completing the program, many friendships are made, and we have a blast together!

Good day parents of 3 and 4 year olds! I hope you are all enjoying the start of this Nova Scotia Spring. I have openings available in my Preschool for this September, 2019. In case you are trying to decide between Preschool and the Preprimary Program, perhaps you don't have to. I currently have a family who bring their son to my Preschool on Tuesday/Thursday and also to the Preprimary Program on Wednesdays. They are happy with the results. I understand the Preprimary Program ...is play based and that you do not necessarily have to attend 5 days a week. If you are looking for more structure, and an educational based environment for your child you can bring them to my Preschool for 2 mornings a week and achieve a happy balance. I have 2 groups: 3 year olds come on Monday and Wednesday's from 8:00am to 12:00noon and the 4 year olds come on Tuesday and Thursday's from 8:00am to 12:00noon. My program does get your child ready for school!! I provide receipts, and I have references available upon request. My program has been very successful to date, partly due to the strong support from the many parents and grandparents who have dropped off and picked up the children over the last 13 years- thank you parents and grandparents! My Preschool is based on a first come first serve basis. Happy Preschool Graduation day! Despite the rain, we had a lovely morning! Earlier today the preschool graduates and their families joined me at the Mt. Denson hall for the preschool graduation celebration. I'm so proud of my six preschool graduates. They have worked hard all year long and have had a lot of fun! I know they are well prepared for "big school" and they should be proud! I would like to thank all the families who attended today for their generous donations to the Mt. Denson hall, I know it will be put to good use! Attached are some photos from today! :)

So proud of all my age 3 and 4 year old preschoolers, they have done such fabulous artwork, tracing and printing! They’ve made some beautiful holiday crafts, some shown in the pictures below! Reindeer cookies, hand painted wreaths and trees, Christmas mice, and more! Hope everyone has a safe, prosperous and happy holiday and new year!

The preschool graduation was on Thursday, June 15th. The sun was shinning as much and as lovely as all the children's smiling faces! I was so happy to see all the children's families fill up the Mount Denson Hall (where the graduation was held due to ongoing construction on Holmes Hill Road). The children sang songs, made some fun crafts and all received their graduation hats and certificates! It was such a wonderful day! It was a pleasure to work with these beautiful children this year, helping them get ready for 'Big School' and also their wonderful families. A gracious thank you to the parents for the beautiful gifts! Have a great summer all! :)
