I had such an overwhelming response too the treat boxes last week that i decided to make them again! Cakes are $15.00 each!... 1 - Gluten-free No bake coconut cream cheesecake. Made in a 9x5 pan. It has a shortbread crust (made with gluten-free flour), a layer of cream cheese filling, a layer of coconut cream filling, a layer of coconut buttercream icing and is topped off with toasted coconut. 6 - Peanut butter/chocolate swirl cakes (6) 4 - white velvet/chocolate marble Oreo drip cakes (6) **Pick up is Friday evening or Saturday AM.
