Just wanted to help clarify our online ordering process for everyone!! Once you place your order on Home Hardware's website you will receive an email confirmation of your order. At the store we will review to see if we have the items available or if we need to get them ordered from our warehouse. Unfortunately we are down to one truck a week from our warehouse at this time. (Orders can take up to 10 days to arrive)... Once your order is ready to be picked up you will receive an email telling you that your order is ready for pick-up. You will not receive a phone call. Thank you for your patience during this time.

Due to Covid-19 and as per the Government of Ontario our store will remain open with only parking lot pick-up and local deliveries to your curbside. Thank you for your patience!! Please note if you place your order online you will receive an email notifying you that your order is ready. You will not be called.
