9 years ago today Ken’s Dad left us for his eternal home. Frank was very close to his own mother and it was fitting he left us on her birthday. Ken’s parents moved to Langley in 1949 and raised their two children on their Napier Poultry Farm. Frank’s Legacy of a strong work ethic and compassion seeped down to his Children and grandchildren. Frank told Ken one of the secrets to his success in Poultry. Frank would attend all the Poultry Conventions across Canada and the U.S. and since he didn’t parttake in alcohol, when the juice started to flow, so did everyone’s secrets! Well done Dad! Truly a genuine gentleman, full of smiles, puns, and humour given to us to relish all the precious moments.

Sadly, due to heavy rains we are forced to close for at least a week. We will keep you posted as to our progress. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause all of us .

We have days especially these days in Covid rule, that we feel anxious and fearful about our future. But today we are not at war with our fathers, sons, daughters, mothers overseas and wondering if they will come home. We are not in hand dug fox holes in the mud and rain with whistling bombs coming down on us deafening us as we see our friends falling never to get up. We must remember and be ever grateful. That was just one story my Dad told me about his time as a signal soldier.

Tomorrow Nov 11 we will be closed to pay our respects to all those who have served to keep our country safe. Then and now. Thank you!

I know it’s late but....some days are just not the same at Napier’s

Ken told me he’s going to take up the Sax but I had no idea he was serious! Yup they are real saxophones created for movie set & one even has a light. 98$ each. AND I still think he’s saxxy. 43 year anniversary for us tomorrow Oct 15!

So many reasons to be thankful! During COVID it was tempting to moan, but so many good things came though. We wish you a wonderful Thanksgiving and wish you safety & good health!
