A new addition to our menu... Mandi chicken and Mandi lamb. Mandi chicken is a very famous Arabic dish that has been prepared by many Middle Eastern countries. Every country adds a little bit of their culture to it and makes it their own.... A light dish that has many spices from the Middle East (not spicy), however the sauce that comes with the dish, has a little bit of a heat to it. And typically, the chicken or lamb is later on top rice with sautéed onions, almonds and raisins.
