Mini Bundt Cakes featuring SAVILLE WALNUT PRESERVEYou will need: 1 cup of butter, 1 cup of sugar, 4 eggs, 3/4 tsp salt, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 & 1/4 cups of flour, 3 tbsp cornstarch, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 sour cream and 1 tsp vanilla. Mix all the wet ingredients first then add in the dry ingredients. Once all combined, add in 1 jar of SAVILLE WALNUT PRESERVE (chopped) to the batter. Grease mini Bundt cake pans and pour batter. Bake for around 25 minutes until cooked. Cool completely and dust with confectioners sugar. Serve with tea and enjoy the Taste of Azerbaijan!
