Good Morning, I first want to thank you for registering for the 2020 Provincial NASP Tournament & 2020 Canadian National NASP Tournament! As many of you are aware, the COVID-19 virus & Saskatchewan Teachers Sanctions Have impacted many events around the Province. We continue to monitor recommendations from local and national health authorities: ... Saskatchewan Health Authority Health Canada We are committed to the health and wellbeing of all teachers and students. Given the status of the virus and sanctions imposed on our province around mass gatherings & before and after school closures, we have decided to cancel our 2020 Provincial NASP Tournament & 2020 Canadian National NASP Tournament. Please be sure to call and cancel all booking in regards to these tournaments. I appreciate all schools that have registered and have put in the time and effort towards the NASP archery season. We will be looking at alternatives for 2020-2021. Some SK coaches will receive this message twice if they have registered for SK Provincials and Canadian Nationals

Good Morning All! Been getting many questions surrounding the sanctions imposed by the STF in regards to extra curricular activities. Out of respect & support of the STF and their decisions, we will keep registrations open (drop dates included) for both Provincials & Nationals open for the time being. With that being said we need to make sure we stay in the rules & regulation of NASP tournaments: # 1.2.1 NASP School lessons must be presented by NASP certified faculty or volu...nteers #1.2.2 At least one coach of the team must be NASP certified #1.2.3 Only NASP certified teachers or coaches may register student archers for tournaments March 27, 2020 is our last day for registration and also the drop date for archers. If we need to make a decision to cancel due to attendance for coaches/archers it will be made by March 27, 2020. Currently we have 700 student archers registered for Provincials but keep in mind we do need to follow NASP rules and respect decisions from the STF. If schools would like to still participate in NASP Provincials please be sure to have a BAI certified coach (whether that be a volunteer or parent) If you have any questions please call Doug Gibson Director of NASP Programming @ 1-306-692-8812 Thanks!
