As we are most of us practicing social distancing and self isolation during this extraordinary time. I thought I would post daily some healthy tips from a Traditional Chinese medicine perspective. This point is called ST 36, in English it is translated as walk 3 miles. If you massage this point for a few minutes every day it will boost your strength, your immunity as it is known to elevate your white blood cell count. Let's all do this simple homework and get an immune boost!!!
