Stats are in, and not to state the obvious, but the market is still super hot #Cambridge saw a significant 27.3% increase in average sale price from a year ago, combined with a 10 day drop in average days on market, selling for 7.2% more on average of the listing price. This is the most significant increase in the region. #Kitchener also saw a productive month. Average sale prices climbed 13% to $604,523. Days on market decreased from 27 in November 2019 to 12 in November... 2020. Homes sold on average for 109.7% of their list price- an increase of 7.3% #Waterloo 's market saw a 19.4% rise in average sale prices from a year ago- increasing to $674,311. Days on market decreased by 12 from 27 to 15, with homes selling for 105.9% of their listing price. All of this suggests built up demand, low supply and a dominant sellers market, but fear not! Homes sold for 108.1% of their original listing price- for the highest increase in the region of 6.7% from October 2019 #Kitchener also had significant growth in sales prices up 17.5% from last year. Days on market declined to an average of 13 da...ys and sold for 106.6% of their original listing price. #Waterloo had the highest growth rate of the region. Sales prices increased significantly 21.5% from September 2019 to an average of $697,782. May stats are here! #Cambridge seems to be thriving and saw the biggest increase in the region with the average sale price at $574,024. An increase of 14.8% from May 2019. Days on market saw a slight increase to 21. #Kitchener came in second this month with an 8.2% increase from May 2019 to $537,698 in May 2020. Days on market slightly increased by 2 days.... #Waterloo was the only area in the region to see a slight decline in average sale prices from a year ago, dropping 0.7% to $583,012.
