National Capital Pride Run

We're proud to announce that the 2020 National Capital Pride Run best dressed participant goes to Russell Dickinson-Deane and Allen Dickinson-Deane who ran the 2020 National Capital Pride Run all the way in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, UK. Congratulations! And stay tuned, we're announcing our fundraising total for Bruce House this week.

So happy to see some fabulous photos from participants who have already completed their National Capital Pride Runs! You have until August 30 to complete and post your time for 1 run, or your best time from any of 5 runs. Alternatively, on August 29, the Ottawa Frontrunners will be hosting a timed 5km run at their regular get together at 9am at City Hall. If you are registered for the NCPR, feel free to come by!

Hi folks - a reminder to all registrants that if you haven't picked up your participant's bag yet, you can pick one at Stroked Ego (131 Bank St, 2nd floor) anytime during regular opening hours until Friday, Aug. 28. (And PS - the bags contain a coupon code for Stroked Ego). And for anyone who has registered in the past few days, we'll send you an information email very shortly detailing other components of the 2020 Virtual Pride Run and Walk.

Since we can’t all be together this year we asked @coachmattm to film a short warm up video to get you moving before you head out for your run or walk!
