Well, the second season (and this the 1st on the Carleco Gears) of the Masters series is in the books. While Carlo was sure of 1st place and Pat was sure of 2nd place, as competitive as we are we still wanted to win the day. Gino was almost sure of finishing third but some major turn of events sent the day upside down.... Let's start with the last game of the round robin. Angelo vs Carlo. If Angelo wins he finishes 1st, if he losses he finishes 4th. Result, after beeing down 4-2 he came back to win 7-5 to capture 1st place in the RR. Now the playoffs portion. Angelo easily beat Gabriel in 2. Pat easily beat Thierri in 2. Carlo easily beat Eric in 2 and the hardest series was Andre vs Gino. Andre prevailed in the final game 3-2 in OT. Semi finals, Andre wins vs Pat game 1, losses game 2 and after beeing down 5-1 late came all the way back to 5-4 but no more.... Angelo destroyed Carlo game 1 and was leading 6-2 with under 50 seconds left. Carlo tied it with 12 seconds left but lost on the 1st shot in OT. Angelo was continuing his dominating night! For 3rd place Andre was leading 6-0 when all of a sudden Carlo striked hard to score 5 in a span of just a little over 1 minute, but with under 45 seconds left Andre scored 2 more to win 8-5 and take 3rd place. Finals saw Angelo continue his perfect night by beating Pat in 2 straight games! Angelo only lost 1 game on the night, it's about freaken time you show up!!!! With this miracle table hockey night he jumped from 6th place overall to actually overtake Gino for 3rd place, wow! The best of 7's Stanely Cup of champions championship will see Carlo vs Michael, Pat vs Michel, Angelo vs Eric and Gino vs Andre. Should be another crazy one!

Allo gang, on travaille fort pour préparer toute une saison d'Hockey sur Table. La schedule devrait sortir d'ici 2 semaines. The complete schedule should come out within the next 2 weeks. That being said, I can announce the first event of the season will take place in Longueuil on Saturday October 19th.
