In addition to running more than 50 Classes per week at the gym, last week we re-started our VirtualWODs for those people staying at home. All you need is a dumbbell. This is what we have planned for Thursday's Christmas Eve workout. We are live Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 11am this week and next.

Practice what you preach! We're members too. Kent and Carlee both hit 600 on our #JUSTSHOWUP levels this past week. Kent was ahead by 2 days ... January 18th will be our 3 year anniversary of taking ownership of TCSC/NSCF, time flies!
