We know this shutdown is a bit confusing because it seems like EVERYONE is still open... everyone, sadly, except for us. We are not permitted to perform any personal care services at this time so your beloved manis, pedis and facials will have to wait. We took the Easter weekend to be with our families and are now in the process of notifying all clients with bookings. We won’t be rescheduling anyone until we have a better idea of when re-opening will happen. We will, of course, be happy to supply you with your favourite skin-care and self-care goodies, so if you run low just send us a message. We have come to the VERY difficult decision to temporarily close the spa. In hearing feedback from our clients and on the advice of our business community and world health experts, we feel it is vital do our part in helping to flatten the curve and slow the spread of the Covid-19 viral outbreak. Given the nature of our work, we are simply unable to maintain an appropriate distance from clients during treatment. As a small business we do not take this closure lightly but feel a great responsibility to help protect our families, clients and vulnerable population. We recognize the inconvenience this presents to our clients with scheduled appointments and we appreciate your understanding. We will take things week-by-week and update when we can. Today we are celebrating our 5th anniversary of the Spa a little differently than we’d imagined... PSA- As always, we remain committed to a high standard of cleanliness in the Spa. During this current virus outbreak we have added in more frequent sanitization of high touch point areas (like doorknobs and debit machines) and have waived our 48hr cancellation policy. We’d like to remind our clients that we greatly appreciate your thoughtfulness in rebooking your appointment if you’re not feeling 100% healthy. This ensures that we are able to stay healthy for our clients and our families.
