This year I have the privilege of moderating a panel discussion the the International Builders show. This year at the @intlbuildersshow we are thrilled be participating in the Diversifying the Construction Workforce Panel alongside some very inspirational women! On the panel we have @rachel.flint who is the first female president of the Greater Des Moines HBA and Vice President of Hubbell Homes. Next up we have Katie Hughes the founder of @girlsbuild_ which is a non-profit organization based in Portland dedicated to inspiring the curiosity and confidence in girls through the world of building. We also have Teresa Mast proud owner of The Davin Group Inc. a female majority owned construction company celebrating 27 years in business.
