Cheryl Hughes is the owner of The Whole Wheatery in Lancaster, California. She started my journey in the Natural Products Industry in 1979 when she worked for a company that pioneered nutrition in California, Gladys Lindberg and Lindberg Nutrition. Howard Pollack started with a natural foods distribution company called Nature's Best. He sold that and after a few other startups opened Rainbow Acres Market in Culver City (Los Angeles) California. He also has a 4,000 square foot organic food processing facility and 400 Rainbow Acres products.
