Both Natural High Fitness and Natural High CrossFit remain open for personal training, small group training, CrossFit classes, CrossFit Kids classes, drop-in CrossFit open gym sessions, and CrossFit Intro sessions. ... So, Natural High is pleased to offer bookable times for single households to come and use the facility for 1 hour at a time and have the whole place to themselves!!. * $40 for 1 hour, or $180 for 5 hours gets you exclusive use of the facility. ... * If you buy sessions for this and we’re able to fully open before you’re able to use them all, we’ll provide the remaining value as a credit towards personal training or programs. * Please note that we have lent a large amount of our equipment into the community for home gym set-ups. Therefore, a degree of creativity will be required for your workouts to accommodate for some things you might not find as usual.
