Well we survived our first day opening today. A little different with all the new PPE and policies but overall nice slow restart. Remember patience with us as we navigate through all these things and we will be gradually getting to everyone's requests.

Well we have been working really hard behind the scenes trying to get the clinic up to all the new protocols and procedures for Opening tomorrow June 1st. Please keep in mind we are doing this gradually and to have patience with us during this transition. Thank you all again for all your continued support!!!

To start, our team at NTT wants to thank you for all of your continued support and kind messages over these unprecedented times. On Wednesday May 27th we received word from the Chief Medical Officer of Health and our Governing Professional Boards that we could re-open gradually. Since receiving this guidance many changes have been made to the clinic to further enhance our already strict guidelines for infection control and to help maintain social distancing where we can. Heal...th and safety have always been our top priority. Our clinic will be opening June 1st gradually. Patients with urgent/essential care needs will be prioritized resuming practice. Health care practitioners hours have also been adjusted and bookings to help spread apart to help maintain social distancing. Please note that this may pose a challenge to bookings with additional cleaning, disinfecting and sanitation procedures before and after each appointment. Patience is appreciated as we gradually start to reopen. - When you arrive for your appointment please remain in your vehicle and call our office 905-623-4884 to check in. At the time of your visit the practitioner will unlock the door to let you in. - A COVID-19 screening assessment will be done and mandatory to enter the office. (It will be emailed to you the day before and asked at the door if any changes under the 24 hours) - BOTH the Therapist and Patient MUST wear a mask during the ENTIRE TREATMENT. Patients are asked to bring their own cloth or disposable mask. - Please use the hand sanitizer provided immediately upon entering the clinic and when exiting the clinic - Please do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment (other than a parent of a minor, or if assistance is needed) - Please leave all personal items in your car ( eg. Jackets, bags, etc.) - Methods of payment are etransfer or tap. NO CASH - Receipts can be emailed or preprinted to give to you as you leave the clinic. With today's announcement from the Government of Ontario and Cheif Medical Officer they have extended the closure of all Non-Essential Businesses until May 29 2020. Our business with continue to follow the closure to prevent and control the spread of COVID-19. We miss you all and will continue to keep you all informed for the day we can reopen safely. The Chief Medical Officer of Health and our Professional Regulatory Boards approved yesterday Wednesday May 27th, that Chiropractic Care and Registered Massage Therapy are permitted to gradually restart services. Your team at NTT is working hard to prepare our clinic to reopen at a limited capacity on Monday June 1st. We are busy implementing new patterns and protocols that will increase both your safety and ours once you enter the clinic. We will be emailing and posting our new policies and what your next appointment (when booked) are going to look like with respect to changes due to COVID-19. PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE WITH OUR RETURN TO WORK TRANSITION TO WORK AND BE ASSURED WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENTS. We look forward to seeing you all soon!

Thought for the week and a gentle reminder for yourselves. Just checking in with our NTT family letting you know we care and miss everyone. We are entering week 8 of this COVID-19 mandated closure and hoping we have some answers this week from the government to which tier we will be placed in for future opening of the clinic safely and with precautions for everyone's safety. A very good friend sent this me and made me giggle so hard. We love and miss everyone so much these are trying times for us all...but we know we will see you soon if we practice social distancing to flatten this curve.
