Natural Wellness Coaching 05.07.2021

MY LIFE WAS CHAOS A full time entrepreneur, a mother raising 4 children, a spouse, a taxi driver, a cook, a cleaner, a teacher, a therapist... the list goes on... We all know the story of the story of how we give so much of ourselves to everyone but us.... Why?... Why do we allow people to take advantage of us and think it is okay? Why do we justify a relationship that we are unhappy with? Why do we normalize when our partner has an alcohol or drug addiction? Why do we enable others and then feel that no one appreciates everything we do? This was me, before I found out what Boundaries were and how to use them. This was me, before I found out that I was codependent and I was enabling the people around me. Fast forward to today... I know my worth, and my life has improved due to my BRAVE boundaries system. It is a process of keeping myself in check on the days that I have triggers. Our job is to hold space for others on their journey, it's not about judging someone but being compassionate with others wherever they are on in this journey. This is their life, you are only responsibility for you, and your decisions. The only way we can live in a peaceful state is by letting go of the things our ego creates as an expectation.... To understand that peace comes from within, and so does happiness. You can share your happiness with others and others may heighten what you already have inside of you, but your happiness is your responsibility. The only way to find your authentic self is to get real and dig deep and ask yourself the hard questions that make you grow. You can’t control the past, so let it go. We all have regrets or resentments but take the lessons and grow from that experience, don’t bring it forward to your next chapter. Are you ready to take your BRAVE journey and watch all of your relationships improve, including finding your happiness? What is stopping you from living your BRAVE life?

As life changes so do we. Never expect the person you were at 20 will be the same person you will be at 40, or 60. Relationships change, and friendships shift. ...You may outgrow people or they will outgrow you. Life just happens. The people that are meant to be in your life will always find their way back to you. The people that are not will find the door out. Don’t take for granted the people that have helped you through your hard times in life. They may not be there the next time you need them. When you learn to be true to your authentic self your connections will transform and so will you. You will learn that if you give others the power over your happiness it will only ever come from an external source until you find the joy within. You will learn you don’t need to trade your authenticity for attachments. The right people will find and love you as you are. You will learn to let go of the past, and enjoy the moment without expectations. You will learn that when you follow your heart, good things happen. Trust the process. You will learn that you have the ability to live life on your terms. Life is all about how you see the world and you have the ability to shift your mindset and align your life to that, your life will shift. Keep moving forward, nothing ever changes by looking back or going back to old habits and old patterns that no longer serve you for the greater good. Believe in yourself because only YOU have the capacity to make your life better. Go after what you want, and if your dreams don’t scare you- DREAM bigger! Happy New Years!

The truth is you are only as good as the story you keep replaying in your head. The truth is you are only keeping yourself stuck by allowing those stories to label or define you. The truth is there is more to you then any story from your past. The truth is you define your own limitations and beliefs. The truth is we all go through pain and suffering at some point. The truth is you can write a new chapter in your story any moment you want to. The truth is you are the only one in charge of your state, emotions and the meaning in your life. The truth is you have more power than you believe to change your life. The truth is you are in control. Now is the time to write a new truth and a new story.

A coach vs a therapist. Which do I choose? A therapist specializes in past traumas and triggers, they guide you through past emotional situations that give better understanding to your past. They help you in your present to to bring forth the understanding of how it all works together from childhood. A coach has many tools to take you from where you are now to making the changes necessary for your future. You are ready to make a change, uncover your identity and authentic sel...f, and set goals for the future. As a coach, we focus on the now and the future. How to set Boundaries to have a better life moving forward. Set goals that align with how you want you future to look and feel. set an action plan to obtain it. Find your spark and your authentic self without attachment. Learn to manage expectations, and responsibilities in your life and your relationships. Discover your values, beliefs and crush any limiting beliefs that keep you stuck in your old patterns. Finding your voice and your power to be confident in your life and your decisions, without second guessing yourself. Have better relationships through communications. Understanding the triggers that keep you stuck in repeating patterns and behaviors. These are just some aspects a coach can help you with. ? You know you "should" set boundaries and it is meant to establish healthy communication for all relationships. You need to establish your values and the emotions you feel when someone oversteps those values to be able to set proper boundaries.... So why do we block ourselves from setting Boundaries? 1. Feeling Guilty -when you feel guilty about saying NO or breaking a habitual pattern or routine it can be difficult. This is when you need a firm boundary. Guilt keeps you stuck from not following through gut feelings when something needs to change. 2. Boundaries vs Rules - Not knowing the difference between a Boundary which is set to protect you and provide a consequence, or a rule which is to stop someone else from doing something. Boundaries empower you and your reactions. Rules create a reaction you have no control over if broken. 3. Second guessing yourself- After a boundary is set sometimes you second guess, or judge yourself. Your values and worth are important. Honor your own needs and follow through. 4. Following through - Boundary set, but now you have to follow through with the consequences, despite the struggle to give in because it is easier. You are teaching people what you will and will not tolerate. All boundaries come with consequences. 5. Values and Emotions- Understanding your values, beliefs and emotions is the most important step in learning to set boundaries. Get clarity on your priorities and values. "if you stand for nothing you will fall for anything" Boundaries are for you, they protect your values, emotions, mental and physical states. Boundaries have consequences than must be carried out for the other person to know you are in control of yourself. Self - boundaries are important to not allow yourself to be drained by overdoing, over giving or being overwhelmed by others, or taking on too much. Use Boundaries to prevent your own Burnout. So many possibilities open when you are in a space of self-love. You do not care about the opinions of others, or what they think of you. You create a world of self-care and self-respect. You know your values and can set boundaries without guilt moving forward or shame from the past. You let go of who you thought you were supposed to be and become the person you are meant to be. Self- Love is about letting go of the world around you and falling in love with yourself. It is ac...ceptance that you are amazing just as you are. You were never meant to be perfect, but always a work in progress. Self-love is about understanding your worth and not negotiating that value with anyone else. When you learn self-love, you are willing to walk away from anything that is not made for you anymore. A willingness to stand tall, believe in yourself, and keep pushing forward despite anything the critics tell you. Love yourself without ego, feel the passion in your heart to be alive and walk-through life with confidence. Live each day with gratitude. ? ? ? ... ? Sometimes you turn other people’s choices into your our emotional pain. You create patterns that make you feel that something or someone is rejecting you. You tell yourself a story that proves you are not good enough to be loved enough. You go into a survival mode due to trauma of abandonment that is extreme independence. You start adopting a people pleasing or codependency pattern in order to feel love or connection. You over analyze your relationships You create a fear of rejection or fear of loss You become fearful of a new relationship because you are afraid of old pain You feelings of rejection are based on your emotions that were never dealt with in the past ! I was able to be independent and confident I didn’t owe any explanations to anyone for my choices I can live and love generously without expectations I can set Boundaries that align with my values I know that self love still takes work to over rule self rejection.
