Nature Space Yoga

My heart is broken with the latest round of covid restrictions. Nature Space Yoga will unfortunately be taking a pause until the New Year. We have a couple of options. Please comment which you’d prefer. 1. Refund for the 4 classes that haven’t happened yet ($33) refund. 2. Pick things back up again when it’s safe to do so and finish the 4 classes at that time. For those with 2020 class passes, they will be honoured into 2021 due to this unprecedented year. For yoga tonight...CPHO's recommendation is that anyone returning from NB and NS over the last week should avoid organized recreational activities (that would include sports, yoga, extracurricular activities, knitting club, etc.) for 14 days. If you're in this situation, please avoid coming to class tonight. Also, all participants need to wear masks into the building but can remove them once they are setup on their mat. Masks will need to be put back on when leaving the class. Thanks to all for complying with the CPHO recommendations and for keeping us all safe.

Yoga tonight 7 PM at the United Church in Morell.

As per Dr Heather Morrisons’ announcement on Tuesday we need to implement some changes to our yoga classes. You will need to wear a mask upon entering the church until you are setup and on your mat. You can take your mask off once you’re on your mat and you are NOT required to keep it on during the yoga or meditation practice. When leaving your mat you will need to put your mask back on. I’ll queue you through this. Please follow the rules so that we can continue having our classes!!

Hi everyone, I’ve managed to get a nasty cold so I’m delaying the start of classes by 1 week. This means we’ll start on Tuesday November 17th and run until December 22nd.
