Nature-ful Connections

Hello Friends! :) Happy December! I've been super absent and for that I must apologize. However this is a bit of a sorry, not sorry as the more absent I've been here, the more PRESENT I've been be-ing with myself and my loved ones! <3 Covid has come with many challenges there's no doubt but I must say there have been many positive circumstances, changes and sooo many opportunities for growth too! I look forward to sharing some exciting news with you in the coming days! ... Right now I'm going to treat myself to a sun soaked sit spot and get back to you soon! Happy EARTH DAY friends!! No truer words have been spoken from my experience!! So if you're not doing this regularly, do it today!! Just get outside and spend some quiet time in Nature. She will not disappoint I guarantee that!!... I've had days a 20 minute sit has made my sick body feel more alive than it has in weeks. Days when I kinda get stuck in high gear and can't quite wind down or let my brain take a break from thinking. A sit spot always slows it all down and re-centers me. Nature has a way of stealing my attention and every ounce of my focus in a quiet, sly bring out the kid in me kind of way! I slip into the more than human world, connect with nature and recharge. <3 <3 <3 She has yet to fail me <3 <3 <3 Clearly this is just the tip of the iceberg of how mother earth provides for us but quiet time in nature really is the icing on the already bountiful cake! We've got a full day planned with Earth loving activities and the kids and I are pumped!! By the sounds of it so are the birds in our yard! ;) What are you doing to celebrate Earth Day??
