Some of you know me as the face behind Nature Girl Expeditions. I’m a yoga teacher, cyclist, runner, hiker, and soon to be SUP board instructor. I love all things outdoors. Here’s a little bit more about who I am: I’m an ex-Brit. Born in England but raised in Canada. I’m a very proud Canadian citizen ... I have a degree in psychology and I work in neurobehavioural rehab. I originally wanted to be a criminal profiler. No regrets though. Tea and toast is my comfort food. Dogs are some of my favourite people. Yes, I consider my dog to be a person. I’m a total introvert who loves adventure. Some of my past adventures include: backpacking across Central America, hiking through Cuba, Climbing Mayan pyramids, bungee jumping in B.C, and solo sky diving. I have a passion for women’s health & wellness and learning to age with vitality, good health (both physical and mental health), and confidence. I just turned 53 but most of the time I think I’m 35.
