A clean new look for this well used garage interior! The natural slope in the concrete slab caused the melting snow from the vehicles to pool along one wall in the winter. Over the years the pooling water caused damaged to the wall sheathing, insulation, and eventually the framing along that wall. To prevent the water from getting to the wall we installed trough style floor drain which will collect all the water in its 11-gallon holding tank where it can evaporate away.
