The Summer Core Challenge has started be sure to check your TEAM FEED for the most recent posts. Swimmers are asked to take a few minutes daily to do these short core workouts. Any swimmer who competes the challenge daily will win a "Cut to the Core" prize.

Tour de NCA Last week our swimmers were moving through the European capitals. Senior: Bella and Tommaso are approaching the final destination, London. Kalle G made a hard charge this week, logging 377 points and ending up in Moscow...weather not so nice there as here. ... Lainna M. ends up in Prague. In the youth/Development group, Maddie V once again showed her strength while moving through another 2 capitals while Saryn G's bike repairs seemed to do the trick. She logged 250 points...way to go. Sophia S once again came away with the yellow shirt in the Intro/ Novice group. Keep up the great work, next week is our last week!

Tour de NCA Week 3 This past week we saw19 swimmers take up the challenge to bike through Europe. We have swimmers in Paris, Berlin, Prague, Warsaw (visiting with Coach Richard), Brussels, Minsk, Kiev, and Moscow. ... In the senior group- Tommaso holds the lead Senior/Junior group- with Bella Development and youth group- Maddie Newcomer to the Tour, Leah St M took the Yellow this week leading a strong contingent from the Intro/Novice Group.

Week 2- Tour de NCA Update This past week saw 16 athletes commit to the challenge. Intro/Novice group- Manon L joined up and proceeded to win the Week 2 leg of the challenge. ... Sophia S logged a birthday this week while biking from Paris to Brussels. In the Youth/Development group, Angelina W ripped her way through 2 capitals and ends up in Warsaw visiting Coach Richard. She wins this week's leg for the group. In the Senior/Junior group, Bella P skittered through Berlin, Warsaw, Prague and Minsk, finishing the week in Kiev. She is closely followed by Tommaso, who finished his week in Minsk. Kalle G and Lucia S have a very close race going on. Keep up the Good Work Swimmers!
