Hi there, Green Cart users! I work with CBC Saskatchewan radio, and I was interested in seeing if any one from this group would be willing to chat with me about... the pilot, how it works and how it's going - and what the rest of us can expect when it rolls out city-wide. If anyone is up to chatting on the phone, please do let me know! Thank you! See more

Tanshi and good morning good folks. Today at ICF Indigenous Christian Fellowship we are serving soup and bannock from 12 pm till 1 pm. Come on down and be greeted by Tim and Tiffany and their great big smile and hello.
1. Go to the woods. Bring a cone or few home. 2. Put the cone in a pot - so that most of it stands out. 3. Pour water on it every day make sure it is a small... amount of water, as excess water makes the cones rot. 4. After some time, a tiny tree will appear. 5. Congratulations - YOU just started oxygen production and you have a piece of forest in your own home.. Edited: YES place some soil/dirt under the cone and if you want use moss and decorative rocks on top of soil.. And water regularly.

Witches take over Wascana Lake.
In honor of Orange Shirt Day, NCFC "Littles" group created their own orange shirts and talked about why they mattered. "...Phyllis (Jack) Webstad told her story... of her first day at residential school when her shiny new orange shirt, bought by her grandmother, was taken from her as a six-year old girl. The annual Orange Shirt Day on September 30th opens the door to global conversation on all aspects of Residential Schools. It is an opportunity to create meaningful discussion about the effects of Residential Schools and the legacy they have left behind. A discussion all Canadians can tune into and create bridges with each other for reconciliation. A day for survivors to be reaffirmed that they matter, and so do those that have been affected. Every Child Matters, even if they are an adult, from now on." -Orange Shirt Society https://www.orangeshirtday.org/
