Congratulations to Keval Jani from our Chappelle Food Store location! He is one of our 2020 Exceptional Customer Service Award winners. Read his nomination story: "A patient called in and desperately needed her pain medications filled - she had her prescriptions at home. She lives within walking distance of the pharmacy, so Keval ran over to her house picked up the prescriptions, came back to the pharmacy, and attempted to fill them. We did not have the medication in stock s...o he called her; she told Keval she could not wait until tomorrow to get them, she was in that much pain. Keval ran over to the pharmacy across the street and borrowed some of their stock so that we could give our patient relief today. We had this rush delivered to the patient. The patient was extremely grateful. Not only did he go to the patient to pick up the prescription, but he also went above and beyond to try and source the medication for her ASAP. The pharmacy team is so proud of Keval!" (October 2020) See more

Congratulations to Jennifer Schmidt from our Fort Saskatchewan Gas Bar location! She is a two-time 2020 Exceptional Customer Service Award winner. Read her nomination story: "My parents recently bought a new vehicle and were filling up at South Pointe gas bar where they had such a positive experience. Jennifer was at the pumps; she explained that it was Fuel Good Day and what it was all about. My mom ended up making a donation and received a car wash and a bag of popcorn. Whe...n they returned the next time, Jennifer was at the pumps again and actually remembered them from when they donated during Fuel Good Day. How many people does Jennifer see on a regular basis, yet she remembered my mom and made her feel like a movie star when she recognized her. They needed help with the car wash. Jennifer met them at the car wash key pad. She offered them complimentary bug spray and even did it for them. She explained exactly what was going to happen during the car wash as my dad was nervous. She said she would wait for them on the other side at the dryer. She helped my mom enter the code and told her to quickly roll up her window as she was pulling into the wash. Dad still talks about the smell of the rainbow soap! With the Covid scare, Jennifer could have just brushed off my parents, but she did not! She made sure they were safe and walked them through the whole process. Her simple act of human decency to an old married couple was the highlight of their rough week.
