While 2021 was another extremely challenging year, we still have a tremendous amount to celebrate. Some of our most memorable moments include: - Celebrating 75 years in business - Opening our Windermere gas bar in southwest Edmonton, adding our first standalone pharmacy location next door to our Stony Plain Food Store and breaking ground on several new sites - Raising $6,600 in support of the Fort Saskatchewan Boys & Girls Club - Contributing over 300 volunteer hours and hel...ping raise countless dollars to support local causes in our communities - Supporting our local food banks with our Good Buy to Hunger campaign - Helping keep the wonderful Taste of Edmonton volunteers fed and watered during the entire 11-day festival - Raising $22,500 on Fuel Good Day in support of Covenant Foundation, Hope Mission, and GEARS (Greater Edmonton Animal Rescue Society) - Helping out our neighbours in BC by donating to the Canadian Red Cross BC flood relief efforts - Partnering with a bunch of amazing Made in YEG vendors And of course, the list goes on. Congratulations to Jacob McKay, winner of a 2021 Exceptional Customer Service Award. A customer ran out of fuel on Clover Bar Road and walked to the Emerald Hills Gas Bar to buy gas and a Jerry Can. Jake noticed that the customer walked over and was going to walk back to his vehicle with the gas and quickly offered to give him a ride.
