The NCES is considering becoming a branch of Wildsight. At our virtual AGM on November 25th we will be holding a vote with our membership to either support this initiative or to continue independently as the NCES. This is your opportunity to let us know how you feel about this prospect. ... Please let your voice be heard and join on us via a video conference link that will be distributed closer to the date. Fellow environmental organization Wildsight Invermere is hosting their 7th annual Wild and Scenic Film Festival on November 21st. This year it will be hosted as a virtual event so even we in Revelstoke can enjoy and be inspired by a few beautiful films from the comfort of our homes. Please join us for our VIRTUAL AGM. We would like to send out a notice that we will be having our first Virtual AGM on Wednesday, November 25 at 6:30 PM PDT. A meeting link will be sent out closer to the the AGM date. This year we will also be voting becoming the Revelstoke branch of Wildsight. More details of this proposed changes and voting procedures will come out shortly however for the time being we encourage you to learn more about Wildsight here.... Lastly, we also encourage anyone that has considered becoming more involved with the NCES to put their name forward to be part of the Board of Directors!

Waste reduction is a crucial part of ensuring a a healthy and equitable environment. Clean rivers, forests and mountains are what we strive for with all of our initiatives.
