World Elder Abuse Awareness Day Commemoration. The weather cooperated and we were finally able to have this socially distant BBQ we had been planning. Thank you to everyone who assisted to make this happen.

The Mayor made a Proclamation to declare June 15, World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. This went into our local newspaper and it's one day where the world voices it's opposition to the abuse and suffering inflicted to some of our older generation.
